We’re happy you’re here.
Coming to therapy isn’t always easy, and we’re glad you’re here. Our goal is to make your experience feel grounded, supported, and as smooth as possible.
At OpenGate, we believe there are many paths toward healing, and we’re here to help you find the one that feels right for you. As you read through our counseling team bios, trust your instincts about who feels like a good fit—your comfort and connection matter.
We offer two welcoming pathways for care:

Brief, Focused, Intensive Therapy Options
As many Vermonters face changes in insurance coverage and rising costs, OpenGate is offering brief, intensive therapy programs that provide effective support at a clear, predictable price.
Each option includes a fixed timeline, a fixed cost, and a structured blend of support—such as a small class or group, a self-study component, and a set number of 1:1 sessions with your counselor. Programs are designed around specific issues, populations, or therapeutic approaches, allowing you to make meaningful progress in a focused way.
These offerings are ideal if you want a clear plan, a manageable cost, and a short-term, results-oriented approach to care. If you’re unsure which option fits your needs, we’re here to help you find the right one.
