Hi everyone! As we settle into our rhythm as a Board, this tool is here to help us stay organized, stay connected, and make sure our meetings reflect what you feel is important. This is simply a place to drop the things you want us to check in on, as well as the bigger topics you think we should spend time working through together.

Use the form to share:

1. Check-In Items

Quick updates, small follow-ups, or anything you want the group to touch base on.

2. Work Time Items

Projects, discussions, or decisions that need dedicated time and shared attention.

For each item, please include:

  • How much time you think it will need
  • How time-sensitive it is
  • Where it might fit best in our year-long flow 

How to Use This Tool

  1. Think about what you’re working on or what’s on your mind for our upcoming meetings.
  2. Enter each item separately so we can sort, prioritize, and build an agenda that feels balanced.
  3. Give your best guess about timing and urgency—nothing needs to be perfect.
  4. Submit things whenever they come up; you don’t have to wait for a meeting reminder.
  5. I’ll gather everything, group it, and shape it into a clear agenda for us.
